Standard Return Policy: ALL RETURNS
Please keep the following important points in mind when returning a product you recently purchased from Badboyz Cyclez:
- You have 10 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
- Only items purchased directly from Badboyz Cyclez, either online or at a Badboyz Cyclez Retail Store, can be returned.
- Products bought through other retailers must be returned according to their specific returns and refunds policy.
- In cases of manufacturing defects or warranty claims, Badboyz Cyclez will provide prepaid shipping labels. All other return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any custom Personalized items featuring custom thread colors will incur a 20 % return fee and shipping.
- Extreme custom or personalized embroidery orders are not eligible for return. For further details, please contact a Badboyz Cyclez sales representative at 818-402-6966 or info@badboyzcyclez.
"Please be aware that saddlebag guards, sissy bars, backrests, and any items other than seats are not eligible for return at Badboyz Cyclez."
DOMESTIC RETURNS
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase within the USA.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before shipping anything back to Badboyz Cyclez. Sending a return item without an RA number may result in extended processing times or lost items, which will be the shipper's responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before shipping anything back to Badboyz Cyclez. Shipping a return item without an RA number may lead to extended processing times or lost items, which will be the responsibility of the shipper.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving your item, we will initiate a returns inspection. After the returned product is inspected, we will inform you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card or original payment method.
For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days. Please reach out to the card-issuing bank for inquiries about when the credit will be reflected in your account.
